Hot chocolate

I think this recipe was vaguely inspired by this one, but my version is very different.

Ingredients

  • chocolate (I prefer dark)
  • almond or rice milk, though cow milk would probably also work
  • a little bit of chili powder
  • a little bit of speculaaskruiden (somewhat optional, you can also try cinnamon powder)
  • Optional: some cherry liquer.

Preparation

  1. Add a few cubes of dark chocolate (to taste) to a big mug. Add the vegan milk. Add the spices on top.
  2. Heat in a microwave until it's slightly too hot to drink.
  3. Stir well, until the chocolate has dissolved.
  4. Add a little bit of cherry liquer if you like, and stir again.
  5. Enjoy! (But try not to burn yourself).
